Exchange and Return Policy
– Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that they are in their unused condition and have the barcode attached, and 30 days in the event of any defect in the product except for accessories that cannot be exchanged or returned.
– There are two ways to exchange:
1- Through the nearest branch by prior coordination with us and without cost.
2- By reshipping with bearing the costs of the service, round trip.
– We are contracted with the Wasla service of the Egyptian Post Company so that the order reaches the mentioned address in a closed package that is unavailable for inspection of the products.
